If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of receipt at sales@rebornsupplies.co.za. Please keep all damaged items and original packaging — the carrier may need to inspect them. Claims made after 3 days cannot be accepted.

Returns

  • Contact us within 3 days of receipt to request a return at sales@rebornsupplies.co.za
  • Wait for a Returns Authorisation Number before sending anything back — we cannot accept returns without one.
  • Return the item in original condition and packaging, insured with your chosen carrier.
  • Refund issued, less a 15% administration fee. Delivery charges are not refundable.
